Hi to anyone who is reading this, I'm a Christian musician & holistic health coach who has struggled with severe depression, psychosis and anxiety. I have been able to manage my mental health difficulties with a holistic approach to my health using nutrition and plant medicine. I have a masters degree in both molecular and cellular biology as well as in education with knowledge about herbalism. I created the guide below as a concise template to help others struggling.
